I stayed in room 102 on 21/12/2025. Check-in was easy, and the price was cheap for a place with such nice decor. The water dispenser is on the ground floor, though you need to ask for the password to enter that area. The shower space was a bit small, the curtain was dirty and mouldy, and there were very few TV channels.

I came back to this hotel for another stay over Hari Raya, and it still feels like being in my own room. It’s comfortable and relaxing. Mogana was helpful, efficient, and professional the whole time. Really appreciated her service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room size felt fair for the price, and the English style ambience made it cozy. Check-in went really smoothly too.

The hotel has a classic feel and was clean and tidy, with good room service. There are lots of facilities nearby, only 3-5 minutes away, including AEON Mall Station 18, which is about four minutes off. Food options cover Malay, Indian, Chinese and Western places, so people of all religions can find something to eat. They also let you pay at the hotel. Very highly recommended.

No receptionist on site, but the customer service team on WhatsApp was kind and very helpful. The room felt fresh and different, and it was clean overall. For the price, it’s really worth it. There are kedai makan right in front for dinner and breakfast. #willrepeat
