Reno Rooms Ipoh

I won't come back. The pillowcase and blanket were dirty, the curtains didn't cover the window properly so the room stayed bright, and the water pressure was low. There was no water heater with a pump provided.

This was my third stay, and I'm satisfied with how clean the room is. I do wish they'd provide a kettle, fridge, hair dryer, and complimentary drinks. There's a countertop and sink in the room, but no kettle.

The room was a reasonable size and fine for sleeping, with a clean toilet, hot water, and a towel. There's shower gel, though no other toiletries or hairdryer. The lobby and receptionist area looked nice, and the building has a lift. I wasn't sure what kind of room I'd booked. The RM100 deposit seemed high, especially since I booked online at the last minute. The location felt a bit scary, right by the flyover, but there's a mini mart nearby that might be open 24 hours. It's not too far from other Ipoh attractions. Thanks, Reno hotel.

We came to relax, but this hotel left us more stressed. The water pressure was painfully low, and the air conditioning barely cooled the room, leaving us hot all night with only a fan. When I raised it with the night receptionist, he kept telling me to adjust the remote and never came to check, even after I followed his instructions. I got fed up trying to argue with someone who wasn't willing to look into it. I hope the service improves.
