The location is what I liked most. There's a convenience store downstairs within walking distance, plus lots of places to eat nearby. The room was clean, though I didn't expect too much. I had a good experience, and the receptionist was always at her place.

The aircond was excellent, and the front desk was ready to welcome us. But there’s still room for improvement. Our room had no clothes hangers and the sink cabinet was broken. With the lift under maintenance, it was frustrating for a family with kids and bags to climb the stairs to Level 1. Hopefully the hotel can provide more convenient services for guests.

The beds were comfortable for the price, and the ladies at the front desk were nice. But the room was right by a busy street, and the huge, thin window barely blocked the noise. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and strange stuff was coming up 🤢. I left a nice surprise in there. They also provide just one key per room, which is a real hassle when two or more people have separate plans.

The room was noisy, right by a busy street, and the floor was broken. The toilet was filthy, and weird stuff was coming up 🤢🤢🤮🤮. There was no hot water, shampoo, or body shampoo. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had.

I spent one night in a queen bed room and had no complaints. The room was quiet, so I got a good night's sleep. At check-in, the receptionist asked for a RM50 cash deposit. I also liked that the TV had Youtube, so I could listen to the music I wanted while relaxing in the room.
