A RM100 deposit per room is required, and the refund takes a few hours after checkout because the office processes it by IBG transfer. The towel was yellowish and torn, so it really needs replacing. There’s no iron, but the room itself was huge and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows and air conditioning. No TV, which didn’t bother me since I was only there to sleep. A Coway dispenser is in the hallway and the shower has hot water. The location is good, near Lotus’s and AEON Jusco, and parking was convenient. Decent, spacious and comfortable.

I travel to Ipoh regularly for medical reasons, and I was very impressed by this hotel. The rooms were neat, quiet, and absolutely clean. I’m a stage 3 brain hemorrhage survivor and needed some help at check-in. Anis and Lala made sure I was safe and checked whether I needed anything else, even after check-in was finished. I rarely get this kind of hospitality at a hotel of similar standards. Well done, and thank you.

The hotel was okay and clean, and the air conditioner worked well and got cold. But one female staff member was rude and impolite. I only asked how long my deposit refund would take because I didn’t see it noted in the record book when I gave my account number, and she answered rudely. If you can’t treat customers respectfully, you shouldn’t be working at reception. I hope the owner takes note of the rude female staff member, who was big-sized and had free hair.

My stay was disappointing. The bathroom floor and corners had visible dirt, and there was a black, sticky substance on the floor. It made me question the hygiene and whether cleaning and maintenance had been done properly. The cleanliness fell below basic expectations for a hotel.
