We found the location quite central and had a good stay. The apartment had plenty of plates and cutlery, so it would work well for a longer visit. We were in 11-6, a new, spotless two-bedroom place for three adults, furnished in a lovely minimalist Japanese style. The beds were comfortable, and there was a spare bed as well as futons on raised platforms. We paid 1090myr for three nights, and I think we added an extra night because we liked it so much. Getting the keys from the mailbox was easy, though we had to message them on arrival day to get the WhatsApp instructions. From the parking area, you take a lift to the lobby, then the residence lift to the apartment. The small balcony gets very hot when the AC is on, but it’s handy for drying clothes. The pool and gym on floor 5 were new and in good shape. The covered pool was cold, and the gym had free weights, machines and cardio equipment, though no water dispenser, towels or mirrors. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive. The place still felt unfinished in little ways, perhaps because it opened recently. The parking garage was completely dark at night, and the stairwells were a little dirty.

They’re inflexible and seem determined to squeeze money out of customers. Avoid this place.

Good location and a nice place to stay, though noise from other rooms carries through.
