The rooms are ordinary, but fine for sleeping. That’s about the only point in the owner’s favor for me. I came with my family for the mini water park and pool, but there were so many ridiculous rules for using both that I was really angry. Getting into the compound was a hassle. Parking is very limited, so you may have to leave your car outside, which feels risky. Vehicle registration takes too long and is complicated. Getting the house key and pass is confusing too, especially for older people. I also couldn’t see why they gave an access card when the door only needs a passcode. The apartment is quite far from the city centre. The setup isn’t guest friendly: permanent residents get irritated with renters, and guests get frustrated by the service. Would I come back? Certainly not. Whether you should stay is up to you.

There were insects in the room, including a cockroach and two spiders. The couch had a brown stain, and the walls and floors were dirty.

The room had ants, and the air conditioner leaked and made a loud clicking noise. It seemed like it hadn't been serviced. There was nowhere to hang clothes, and the balcony was crowded with air-conditioned motorcycles. If the AC inside was running, there was no need for it to be out on the balcony; it would be cooler if it faced outward. The water dispenser was said to have been serviced in 2023, but still hadn't been serviced. The fridge wasn't cold, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Cleanliness overall was acceptable. The toilet felt rough to touch despite new waterproofing, and I didn't find the Malay guard very polite.

The pool has so many rules that even my niece decided not to go down for a swim 😂 During school holidays, you have to deal with a lot of restrictions. Swimming is limited to one hour, and there's a maximum number of people per family.
