We booked at the last minute as walk-ins and stayed in Room 2016. It was an okay stay, though some things could be looked after better. The space was a bit small, but the room and toilet were quite clean. The TV picture had a lot of snow, and the kettle didn't work. There was water left in it before we used it, too. Soundproofing was average, since we could hear kids running and playing outside the room.

The housekeeping wasn't thorough. I found broken glass on the bed and got injured, then told reception but didn't receive an apology. Please pass this on to the manager. The room itself was clean and conveniently close to a shopping mall.

The room was a little small but clean. I saw lots of negative comments, but the booking app had more good ones, which helped me choose this place. It was okay overall, with many places nearby that you can walk to.

The pillows were really dusty and the TV didn't work properly. I also couldn't switch the aircond on or off with the remote.

The service was good and the location is very convenient, but the room was small, dirty, and poorly kept. There were stains on the sheets and spiders crawling on them. The bathroom only had body wash, and even after I asked, it wasn't refilled. The TV was old, too. I asked for a quiet room and still got a noisy corner unit with a compressor right outside the window. At night it was especially loud. I only stayed one night, but I wouldn't come back. I wouldn't recommend this place for couples or anyone else.
