I had a great stay on my previous trip here. The room was clean and everything in it worked, plus there was a nice view and a well-stocked pantry. Check-in and check-out were self-service with very little contact with reception, but they were only a message away.

The interior, comfort, and facilities were lovely, and I was surprised the room looked just like a hotel. I hadn’t seen a guesthouse with this kind of view before. I really liked the house and would gladly stay again, or try another property of yours in a different state. A few cleaning and maintenance things need attention. There was dust around the door gap and on the decorative frames. That could trigger allergies for people with serious sinus problems or affect children’s lungs. The queen bed had only a mattress cover, with no proper sheet, while the other bed was made up correctly. In the bathroom, the water drained very slowly when we showered and pooled there. We weren’t comfortable not knowing what was blocking it. I hope you’ll take these three points seriously despite the four-star rating.

The place was peaceful, with lovely scenery nearby, roomy bedrooms, and comfortable beds. For the price, I thought it was very reasonable. The kitchen has what you need to cook, and coffee and water refills are included. There’s also a fridge in the room, the AC stays cool, and the shower has nice hot water. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. I don’t think the rooms are wheelchair accessible, though, since there are stairs to both the first and second floors.

The lobby is cozy, and the room was nice. The grey and white cat seems to run the place. One morning when I came downstairs, she greeted me. The hygiene was a letdown: there was someone else’s hair on the bed, which made me think the sheet hadn’t been changed for the next guest, though the blanket had. I put out the sign asking for the room to be cleaned, but no one did it. The GPS pin was wrong, too, until I corrected it and renamed the location.
