The rooftop pool on the 22nd floor was the highlight for the kids. They loved it so much they didn't want to leave, even in the rain. There are great facilities throughout, the security team was friendly, and Pelita Nasi Kandar is right outside, so food is easy to find. We had a great one-night stay, from the smooth check-in through checkout. Parking was easy with an assigned space, the aircon was ice cold, and the Android TV kept us entertained with fast WiFi. The kitchen had enough for simple food like instant noodles, and the rooms and beds were comfortable and suited our family. A couple of things could be improved. Checkout at 11 am felt too early, and noon would leave time for a swim before leaving. The railings by the infinity pool and jacuzzi were very loose and need fixing for safety, since wet hands could slip while getting in or out. Also take care in the parking area, as the ramps and corners are narrow for big vehicles, with scratch marks on the walls to show it. Otherwise, it was an awesome stay and we'll definitely be back.

The rooms were clean and cosy, but the thin walls meant our stay depended a lot on who was next door. Unfortunately, a family sang karaoke until 4 am while we had to be up at 6. We told security three separate times about the noise. They asked the family to stop but didn't enforce the rules, so we'd honestly recommend staying somewhere else. The location is a little out of the way from sights, cafes, and restaurants. You may want to take long walks or get a Grab to reach places.

The rooms felt cozy, and our few days in the Airbnb were generally really pleasant. We also got to unwind in the rooftop pool and take in the lovely scenery.

These apartments are pretty basic, and the decor depends on the individual owner. I'd bring your own slippers for indoors.

I’d avoid booking with Iconic 08. I accidentally selected the wrong date and got no refund, even though I’d booked and paid only two days earlier. Agoda customer service said the Iconic owner could approve a free cancellation, but they refused and pointed to a five-day cancellation policy. Their customer service was very poor, and they didn’t take responsibility or help, even when I was willing to pay for another unit with them. It felt like cheating, so I wouldn’t consider them again, even for another room.
