The room had a good amount of space, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, useful for work or just relaxing. I also liked the cheerful welcome in the lobby and the offer of cold drinking water. For a budget hotel, it had some thoughtful extras: a secure in-room safe, a proper lift despite the building being only two stories, a hair dryer, air purifier, smart TV, telephone and coffee-making facilities. They made the price feel worthwhile. A good pick for comfort and convenience without giving up value. I'll definitely return.

I was so angry. Staff couldn't answer my questions, and the room was nowhere near what I expected from the reviews I saw before booking. I paid Rm240 for one night, which really wasn't worth it. The room key didn't work, there was no toilet roll or tissue, and the toilet bowl had a shit stain. Very disappointing.

A good place to rest for a short stay and get a decent night's sleep. The room and bathroom were clean, with clean sheets and towels, and I found it comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful. An air purifier in a small hotel room is unusual, and a nice touch.

A decent room for the price, without anything fancy. It gets nice and cold and has basic amenities. At least in the superior queen room I stayed in, there was no fridge.

I stayed two nights and slept well, with no noise at night. The room was clean, Wi-Fi connection was good, parking was easy, and the air-conditioning worked well. The hot shower had good pressure too. Staff were friendly. There's no breakfast, and they should do a more thorough job cleaning the bathroom, but it was good enough for a budget hotel and short stay.
