Natura Hotel

I stayed three nights and nobody came to clean the room. My room was small, mobile reception was absent, and the Wi-Fi was so weak I had to go to the toilet to get a connection. I asked to switch rooms. They first said one was available but I’d have to clear my things, then suddenly said there were no rooms unless I paid extra for an upgrade. A really bad experience. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

The room was clean enough, and they provide room service if you ask. It’s a nice place to stay, though the room is small and there wasn’t enough shower gel. During my stay, the lift didn’t work, and neither did the TV. There was no breakfast menu. I’d give it 3.5 if I could.

There’s a speed mart very close by, and the receptionist was quick and helpful. I stayed one night and found the room clean, though it could be improved, and it was very comfortable for sleeping. It didn’t feel like a sketchy or “lovers” hotel, more like a family place, maybe because it was holiday season. I really liked it, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep.

Friendly customer service, free parking, and plenty of easy parking. Downstairs there’s a street Ramly burger, a nearby 99speedmart, and two or three restaurants open at night. There’s even a lift, though the place is only two levels. I walked in and got a direct rate of RM85 per night. Good value, and I’d stay again.
