Linkway Hotel

The receptionist was kind and helpful, and even contacted us after checkout when a mobile phone had been left behind at the hotel. We stayed two days and one night in a double room with a window facing outside. The room was spacious, with a new air conditioner, and the washroom was clean and comfortable. WiFi was available, the reception stayed open 24 hours, there was a dining restaurant nearby, and the price was reasonable. There was no hair dryer, and the bed and pillow hygiene could be improved. Soundproofing was poor.

I checked in on the spur of the moment and chose a room with a window. It was functional and quiet, facing a housing estate. The front desk was helpful, the WiFi was reasonable, and there was a drink dispenser in the common corridor. Towels and toiletries were provided, the sheets were clean, and the air conditioning was cool. The price was reasonable for a budget stay, and 24-hour convenience stores were nearby.

The air conditioning was cold as usual. The toilet bowl felt loose, and the bathroom towel hanger was rusty. At least there were two towels, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. The bathroom was somewhat clean.

There’s a 7-11 nearby, and the restaurant is close to the hotel. There’s also a water refilling machine on every floor. At midnight the counter seemed confused about my room key deposit. I’d already paid it, but the staff said I hadn’t. Luckily, they eventually remembered that I had paid.
