I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We paid RM100 a night and still had to clean the room ourselves. We were travelling with a small baby, and when we asked the cleaner to clean on the first day, she came in angrily and said the room was dirty. The baby had dropped some fruit on the floor, which was why we needed cleaning. We kept asking over the next two days, but the bed sheets, blanket and pillow covers weren't changed, the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the rubbish wasn't taken out. They said customers were supposed to throw the rubbish away. We left the room at 4 pm and got back around 11 or midnight, so they could have cleaned while we were out. The staff and manager weren't good at responding or speaking to us, and the manager seemed to judge people by their clothes and car. One staff member was very nice, though, and I felt bad for him working in that sort of environment. They also kept my deposit, saying the room was dirty. When we asked about it, they said we hadn't returned the key when we left. We asked who would be responsible if anything went missing, and she had no answer. It felt like they were using the dirt as an excuse to keep the deposit. The way we were treated was very bad.
