The view was alright, but I wouldn’t come back to this studio. We booked somewhere at Tower A, and on arrival found a stained sofa and a shabby table. There were food crumbs under the sofa when we checked. The bathroom was even worse, with just one light, so showering felt like being in a maintenance vent, and there were dark spots of who knows what on the ceiling. The spare blankets in the closets were yellow from wear. The bed was so hard, with springs nearly sticking out, it felt like sleeping on a rock. The TV didn’t have the services mentioned in the booking, and the refrigerator looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a century. Being generous, this studio didn’t meet our needs at all.

After 2 years of staying here, this has been the worst management experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying, renting or staying. Management is unhelpful, the car park is inconvenient and has no sheltered access to the lift, and there’s no flexibility even when a resident is suffering. The corridor lights were faulty for months, there are no cameras on the corridor levels, and the safety response was poor. Security staff are rude, and reported homestay issues get no action.

The shared areas are well kept, unlike some other residential places nearby, so I’d recommend staying here. There are 3 residential towers with a shared swimming pool, gym, exercise ground, indoor playroom and sauna. The building is well kept and quiet, and my apartment had a great view. Security is friendly, there’s plenty of parking, the lifts are fast, and each floor has a small open smoking area. For added security, the 9th floor is guarded, and there’s also a vending machine there. Everything was perfect.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and love the pool, but my unit has a foul smell. I complained to management, and the Chinese guy doing the service said it was normal because the unit faces the sun, which is ridiculous. If you’re thinking of renting long term, I’d advise being careful with all the agents and dealing with the developer if possible.
