For a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. The room was very basic, but comfortable enough to sleep in, and I could park right in front of it. A minimal room at a minimal price.

The front desk staff did give me pesticide for the cockroaches, which I appreciated. But the room was in bad shape: mold on the ceiling, a dirty toilet, and I had to kill two cockroaches during the night. It was bad overall.

I was there for one night on a business trip, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in was quick, and the room, though basic, was clean and had what I needed: air-conditioning, a water heater, an electric kettle, and a small table for working. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, grocery shops, and a pharmacy across the street. It was easy to find, and the fenced parking gave me peace of mind.

It's a run-down, dirty hotel, worse than a government university hostel. Even for just one night, expect a room that feels worth only RM50. There was no mineral water or shower kit, and the towel was old, like a floor mat.
