Sunway Hotel Big Box

We had a nice sahur at the hotel restaurant, and service there was great. The restaurant staff working during sahur on 7/3 were especially good. The reception team welcomed us, and vivienne came over with a smile. With malls all around, the hotel is very conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

I keep coming back, and every visit has been wonderful. The beds are so comfortable, and the hot showers are just right after a long day. Shayami deserves a special mention for going out of his way to make us feel comfortable and cared for during my last two stays. Izzat was very helpful this time too. It’s always a pleasure to return, and I’ll definitely be back.

The breakfast was decent, the pool was fine, and the security guard was friendly and helpful. All the staff were lovely with my kids. Check-in itself was fast, but we then spent 15 minutes stuck outside our room because the room number on the key card was unclear. The staff member bringing our luggage couldn’t open the door either and agreed the number wasn’t clear. He went down to reception to speak with the woman who checked us in, and it turned out the assigned room and the number written on the card didn’t match. Our actual room was three doors away. We can’t wait for our next stay on 14 Mar 2026.

The inside won me over even though the building’s façade didn’t catch my eye at first. The lobby feels grand and welcoming, with an automated grand piano adding a classy touch. The hotel’s colors work well together, and the overall feel is charming and elegant. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was easy to park, and having the hotel directly connected to a shopping mall was a big plus. The wide outdoor walkways were pleasant for strolling, especially with family. The interior experience is much better than the exterior suggests.
