I lived there for over a year. The neighbourhood was very quiet, and the location was convenient for getting to Singapore for work. It was also close to 24-hour food stalls and a supermarket. Security were friendly most of the time, though most weren’t Malaysian. The management back then was very bad and arrogant. I hope things have changed, but when they act like they’re the boss, you know what happens.

The area is good and clean, and I like how spacious the apartment block is. Staff and security are very helpful, though communication could be better. Still, it’s a good place to stay!

A nice place to stay, with a low-density apartment and a full range of amenities. The community is good, the property is well cared for, and security is well controlled.

It’s well kept and very clean, with a good location. The neighbours are prestigious, mostly lecturers or students from Educity.
