Hotel Inderapura

Bring an extension cable if you need one, since there are no outlets near the beds. I couldn't find an elevator, and the walls aren't soundproof, so children screaming can be heard now and then. The shared iron and board are provided, but the board is just a rectangular slab of wood fixed to the wall, so I'd iron clothes elsewhere. Still, for an affordable place, it's clean and comfortable, with a competitive rate and a quaint, cosy interior. I checked for bed bugs and found none. It's fine for a night or two, and the downsides are easy enough to tolerate at this price.

The room was good, and so was the toilet, but it wasn't cleaned very well. The wall and sink looked like they hadn't been brushed in a long time. It was just okay, not too bad, though the receptionist wasn't very friendly.

The towel was quite dirty, and there's nothing special about the place. It's fine for a rest after a long trip, though. I liked the TV and its channels, the reception was pretty good, and there was still a view from the window.

It's a budget hotel with small rooms, but mine was clean and close to restaurants. The area around the hotel was very clean too, kudos to the Majlis Perbandaran.
