The house is a little old, but it was a good size for my family of 11, and all the necessities were provided. Check-in went smoothly too. Everything mentioned is nearby: there's a laundromat within walking distance, a warong across the street, a small sundry shop, and further along, several little food stalls and a 7e cafe. Food was no problem.
We've stayed there twice, and so far it's been the best value for money. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal. Just don't compare it with Tanjong Jarau la..hehehe
The house has big bedrooms, plenty of parking, and lots of food stalls nearby. The owner was very responsive to the issue we had, and I wouldn't say it was something that only happened in our case. I'd recommend it.
There are plenty of amenities around, and the place was well equipped. I really enjoyed my stay :)
The price is affordable, and all five stars for location, cleanliness, and customer service. We had a toilet drainage problem, but they fixed it as soon as they could.
