OYO 44011 Weng Bee Guest House

The attitude was very bad. The ground is really dirty, with ants or cockroaches everywhere. There are big rubbish bins, but whenever the wind blows, the garbage smell is really unpleasant.

After wasting time travelling all the way there, I was told the family suite was gone. If I'd known, I wouldn't have made the trip. I'd booked a family suite through OYO, but Weng Bee Guest House said they don't do online bookings now, so why is the accommodation listed on OYO? They should remove it if they don't accept online bookings. The app's hotel photos look neat and clean, but in person it's disgusting. Most of the hotels on the app have been disappointing, too good to be true, and I'm banning the OYO app. The triple suite cost 108, but they didn't provide soap and there was no security. The room wasn't worth the price.

I booked through Agoda at about 10:30 p.m. and noted that I'd be checking in late. When I arrived around 1 a.m., there was no receptionist. I knocked but got no answer, and nobody picked up the phone either. I had to call Agoda to cancel, then book another hotel at 2 a.m. What a hassle!

Good surroundings, private parking, and worth the money.
