I booked three nights in unit A7-12, advertised as a Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, but left after the first night and moved to another hotel because the place was unlivable. It was rundown and dirty, with rubbish still in a drawer in the closet. Water dripped from the air conditioning, and there was a hole in the ceiling above the bed that was leaking. The balcony door had no handles. The sofa was broken, with springs sticking out, and covers had been put over it instead of fixing or replacing it. There was also a disgusting, questionable white substance on the floor beside one of the beds. When I raised these problems, customer service was poor and unhelpful. The unit didn’t meet the standard or condition I expected. The property felt neglected and unsafe, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Check-in and check-out were inconvenient because you have to go to another building. They required a RM200 deposit and RM15 per day for parking. When I booked through Agoda at Imago The Loft with another host, parking was free and no deposit was needed. This three-bedroom apartment, The Loft Tower E 8-22, was rundown and needs renovation. I don’t recommend it.
The whole accommodation smelled mouldy, from the street entrance to the rooms. The rooms themselves were mouldy, and the linens were ripped. There were heavy, prison-like locked gates in front of the room doors. I didn’t stay, so I didn’t bother checking the swimming pool.
Alhamdulillah, we were grateful for how welcoming and helpful the assistance was. Even though we only spoke through Whatsapp, the communication was clear and straightforward. The place felt comfortable and safe, and was easy to access. Having residential parking in the building was especially convenient while travelling with children. We’re very thankful and will definitely come back in the near future, InshaAllah.
The communication staff member was extremely unhelpful and took his sweet time replying to our messages. I hope I don’t have to deal with him next time. The place itself is excellent, with a very nice reserved parking spot and everything in Imago within walking distance. I’d stay here again.
