Before and after our Taman Negara trip, this comfortable hotel and its warm welcome helped restore us tired cyclists. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. We also found great food locally. A big thank you!

For a one-night stop in Jerantut, this was clean, basic accommodation at a good price. The rooms are simple, air-conditioned and clean, and there are places to eat just a two-minute walk down the road. A friendly staff member drove our group to Kuala Tehan and picked us up for a very good price.

The rooms are basic but clean, and the value for money is right. It's a little out of town, with a great Roti place, a dim sum spot and a tom yum place within 50 meters, plus a mini mart next door. Still, Manian at the front desk is what made the place feel like home. Such a kind gentleman. I don't know if I'll come back to this town, but if I do, I'll stay here. He should be working at the Ritz-Carleton in New York City, not a little-known hotel in central Malaysia. I hope the owners appreciate having him.

03-Oct-2018, 9:15pm. After a bad experience at Park View Hotel just now, which I wrote about in a comment there, I came to this budget hotel and was really surprised. The bed and toilet were wonderfully clean, and the Indian uncle at reception was friendly and well educated. If I remember right, this is his retirement job, but he's bravo.
