There are plenty of places to eat nearby, though you'll need transport to get around. The apartment itself is comfortable and the bed was good, but cleanliness needs serious work. There was hair on the bathroom floor, toothpaste marks on the sink, and the floor felt dusty. Housekeeping didn't come during our stay, so if you're there for a few days you'll need to keep the place tidy yourself. It was very quiet both day and night, to the point where I'd suggest having someone with you.

The room is nicely designed, and the condo has a pleasant feel with not too many people around. I could hear someone playing piano in my unit from 10pm until midnight, though, which got a little annoying. Traffic outside also gets pretty jammed during peak hours.

The environment and design were good, but the security guard's behavior was poor. He stayed in the guardhouse and waited for visitors to get out of their cars to hand over the parking pass. He also teased me about my lesen card, and I don't know why. This happened on 01 Feb 2024 between 3pm and 4pm. I forgot to note the guard's name, but the management should be able to check who was on duty.

The view was decent and the living room was huge. The only amenity I found was shampoo. It was my first stay, and the security staff weren't friendly or helpful when I didn't know how to get the room key. They did send instructions by WhatsApp about parking and getting to the room, which was useful.
