We usually take day trips to JB, so this was our first hotel overnight stay. Booking here near JB Sentral turned out to be a good choice. Check-in was smooth with little to no queue, and the staff were helpful throughout. Didi and Jhoana in particular made things easier and the trip more seamless. We had a spacious Deluxe Room with King Bed and sea view, and the view was relaxing. Breakfast was average, just the usual hotel spread, and when we arrived around 9am the food wasn't being refilled promptly. The AC also didn't get cold enough, even on the lowest setting. Late at night, there can be traffic on the road leading to the hotel because it connects directly to the checkpoint. It was still a pleasant, comfortable stay, mainly thanks to the service and convenient location.

The cafe pastries were a favorite, and having a little convenience store just outside made things easy. The hotel also has its own cafe and dining area. Our room was roomy and packed with useful things, including a microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, plus cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. The staff were friendly and helped with our requests. We had such a good stay, and I’d come back on my next trip! 🫶🏻🥳

We had a good stay and would book again for an overnight visit. After checkout, it was easy to walk straight to CIQ. The room was spacious and clean, and both the air conditioning and water pressure were good. Breakfast had a somewhat limited selection, and the sun came straight into the restaurant. We asked whether the curtains could be lowered because it was so hot, but staff said only the manager could decide. It would be nice if they could be a little more flexible about things like that.

Loges in reservations was especially helpful with my questions about rates, room options and availability, and arranged a comfortable room for me. She made the whole enquiry process a great experience. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the front desk team were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. You all made my day. I’d definitely consider Capri Fraser JB again for work or a personal trip, and recommend it.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the room itself was perfect. Room service also responded quickly and was attentive when I called. The hotel is right beside the CIQ, though traffic can be slow if you head out during your stay. Check-in felt unwelcoming, with little smiling, eye contact or expression. Reception could use more customer service training. Also, have an IC ready for every guest in your room at check-in. The food at breakfast was okay, but the person in charge went table to table at 10am telling us we had to leave by 10.30am 😂. Some plates and glasses weren't clean. The lobby still uses Touch 'n Go validation for parking. There’s a PS4 in the lobby, but you need your own PS ID to play. Management should sort that out or remove the console. A kids' playroom would be a useful addition.
