We arrived and found the property belonged to someone else. The hotel had moved, but its website gave no information about the new location. We'd booked two nights and paid in full, but had to find somewhere else to stay. I emailed OYO and got no reply, and I can see other reviewers went through the same thing. This was the worst experience, and it felt like a scam.

The place was clean and close to the city center, so you could walk to places.

We booked a room for around RM50 for one night and arrived about 8 pm after heavy traffic. The place was closed for renovation, according to the owner, but the website hadn't mentioned that. It looked like it had been abandoned for a long time. We called the owner several times, and they scolded us, saying we had scammed them, even though we'd paid by card through booking.com. Why allow bookings when they knew the place couldn't accommodate anyone? They sent us to a friend's place instead. That room cost around RM80 and wasn't worth the money, since we could have found better places in Kelantan for that price. It was also far from where we planned to go, which was very inconvenient. Such a waste of time, energy, and money. Please be more honest. Why be so lousy?

Lousy place, and I wouldn't recommend booking it. I can't understand how it can be advertised on Booking. It feels like a scam and isn't worth it.
