The best part was the help after checkout. I accidentally left my laptop charger in the room, so I contacted the hotel. Mr. Safrizan checked for it, called me back as promised to say it had been found, and packed it neatly with a note attached. I really appreciated that care. I also want to thank Mr. Safrizab and the front desk team for their excellent service. Mr. Safrizan was friendly, helpful, and sincere. When we checked in on 1 June at around 5pm, another staff member was at the desk with him and was welcoming and friendly too, though I didn't get his name. Thank you for the kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Management should value and keep staff like Mr. Safrizan. Wishing him all the best and continued success.

After two difficult days at another hotel, I booked here instead. I had stayed at this “Citrus Hotel " last year, when it was very basic, but it has since been upgraded to a really nice room and I was very happy with this stay. You can't beat the location, right beside the border crossing at City Square. I'll be back often. I also switched from Trip.com to your agoda because the price is good.

The breakfast buffet changes each day and includes both local and continental food. Our family of three had a spacious room with cosy sofas, a TV, an iron, and a simple kettle. There wasn't a minibar, but the fridge was handy for drinks and fruit from the many shops within 200m. The bathroom was clean and functional, and housekeeping responded quickly. The area makes it easy to explore, with shopping malls, eateries, and some landmarks around the hotel. It's also near the railway checkpoint for travel to and from Singapore. For a family on a budget looking for a nice, cosy place for two or three days, Citrus Hotel is a great choice. I'd give it a 4.5 recommendation.

We found check-in and checkout quick and easy, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with lots of amenities nearby. Citrus Cafe has a good range of breakfast options each day. A special shoutout to Mr Eswaran, who was friendly and helpful and efficiently got the tables cleaned and ready.

This was my 12th stay. We used to love the comfort and service here, but things have changed and the service has really gone downhill. The welcome doesn't feel as warm anymore, and staff used to help carry our bags to the hotel but no longer do. The TV in my room kept quitting out of channels. We paid for late checkout, but someone from room service opened our door while we were resting. Don't waste money extending your stay if the receptionist isn't updating the room service team properly. Even so, I want to recognize Shafiq from the restaurant. He was very friendly with my son, energetic, and kept making sure we were comfortable. He's hardworking.
