The balcony view from above the 30th floor was great, and the apartment is right above KSL mall, which made it handy for plans around the area. Our room was roomy for two, with a cozy, clean bed, sofa and towels, plus a very clean toilet. We had a comfortable stay. The TV wouldn’t connect to YouTube, though, so I got bored at times.

We stayed one night on 21/11/2025, on the 35th floor of the KSL City Mall apartment. The balcony and bedroom views were amazing, honestly hard to put into words. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy, with the bedrooms, kitchen and toilets all in good order and good value for money. The atmosphere was pleasant too. The hotel and mall are connected, so shopping is easy. There are also lots of shopping centres nearby, along with traditional massage spas, bars and street food. The basement has an inexpensive Lotus shopping center, and there’s street food at the entrance until 2:00 AM. The surrounding area is nice and you can walk around until then. The admin staff were friendly and guided us through the safe, self check-in step by step. Good for family or friends getting together. Will come back.

There was no water supply in the building, and the disruption had been planned in advance. Hidayah, the person we’d been dealing with, accepted our booking without telling us beforehand. That’s very unethical. Taking the booking was fine, but we should have been told about the water interruption. I asked about a refund and got no reply. Stay at your own risk.

The room was clean and had the basic amenities. I especially liked the balcony view and the table and chairs out there. I’ll book with them again.
