Hotel Legend Boutique

The location is convenient, but the poor hygiene and rude staff mean I’d never come back. The staff were unprofessional when we reported a clogged toilet, spoke disrespectfully, and even told us not to use toilet paper. After they cleared it with a plunger and no pail, dirty water droplets were left across the bathroom floor. They didn’t properly clean or sanitize afterward, which was disturbing and unhygienic. Cockroaches were also all over the outside of the building, raising serious doubts for me about how sanitary it is inside.

I stayed from the 4th to 5th of September 2025 in a twin-bed room. Even though it was a short visit, I appreciated the hospitality, service, and place. Everything met my expectations for a work trip, short stay, or tourist visit, and the accommodation felt relaxing and complete. The cleanliness was perfect. Thanks to all the staff, and I’ll recommend the hotel to family and friends for a comfortable stay.

The area is a big advantage. McDonald’s, 24-hour grocery stores, cozy warungs, car workshops, dobi (laundry), phone repair shops, and banks are all within walking distance. It feels safe even at night. The rooms have always been clean, spacious, and comfortable for me, with good value for the price, and they suit both work and leisure trips. I’ve been a loyal guest at Legend Hotel, Permas for two years. The staff consistently welcome me warmly and are respectful, neat, helpful, and responsible. Many show admirable Muslim character and professionalism. Once, I left some belongings behind by accident, and they kept them safe until I came back. That kind of integrity says a lot. Legend Hotel feels like my home away from home, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Permas, Johor.

The hotel accommodation is good, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is the one thing management should work on. There are so few spaces, and the hotel should reserve some beside the building for customers. I hope that can be improved next time.
