JB Central Hotel

The room itself seemed okay, but the lift smelled awful and had spit on the wall. The towel was very dirty, yellowish, and smelly. The toilet was the worst part, with lots of mold spots that my mom had to wash off herself. Why were we left to clean it? Shouldn’t the staff have done that? This was our first and last stay. The dirtiest hotel. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The room was surprisingly spacious, and the receptionist was friendly. Breakfast was available, though I didn’t try it. The place may work for an affordable last-minute overnight stop when the nearby immigration is overloaded, but the rooms are basic and worn. There was no Wi-Fi and no TV channel I could watch, and I had to call to get towels. Some curtains wouldn’t close all the way, so nearby buildings could look in. The building itself is almost 21 stories tall.

Breakfast had a decent range, but the price felt far too high for the condition of the hotel. The rooms are extremely old, almost haunted-looking, and the TV didn’t work. There was no hot water for a shower either. The owners should put some of their earnings into upgrading the rooms and think more about their guests.

The room itself was normal, but the towel was yellow and very dirty, the carpet wasn’t cleaned, and there was a black layer in the toilet. The long-haired male receptionist gave very poor service. They charged me 85$, then said 65$, then 30$, while other 5 star hotels charge 50$ for overtime. In the end they still kept 65$ from me. Very bad service.
