I paid around $100+ SGD for the VIP package for nine hours, and for a JB spa I found it pricey and not good value. The staff weren't especially friendly and the arrangements felt messy. My massage was okay, but the lady's aura felt bad, and there was no bone cracking even though it was a Vietnamese massage. There are some nice touches. The place is very Instagrammable, with lovely decor and hand-painted walls in every room. The private jacuzzi had water at just the right temperature, and I liked the RGB lights. The hair and scalp treatment with shoulder massage and facial was one of the best, but during the blow dry the lady didn't use a comb. The buffet had a decent variety, though the only drink was orange juice and it was too sweet. The place also smelled strongly of paint, probably because it's a fairly new shop. Mani-pedi was average. Nail polish colors cost extra, and they forgot to cut my nails. The pool table was good to have while waiting between appointments. I'd rate it 6.5/10.

The spa is roomy and, in terms of size, sets a new standard for similar places in JB. I liked being able to park right outside and walk in, which felt private and convenient. The massage was decent, and the cinema-style foot massage hall had good lighting and was well equipped. The buffet seemed good for the price, with lots of food still available even though I arrived after dinner time. I also met a few kind, surprisingly friendly staff around the lockers and cafe. The locker attendant was especially helpful. I commend the owner for bringing a piece of Chinese/East Asian culture to JB, and hope they'll consider my suggestions for improving the place.

For 88 MYR, you get six hours, a buffet, movie room, high-speed Wi-Fi, video games, and ice cream. There's a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, showers, and separate toilets for men and women. The facilities are clean, work well, and feel like good value. I haven't tried the massage yet, but so far I like what I see. Hope they keep it this way.

I went with the premium package on Friday, 3rd January at 10:30 PM, tag number 2018. The visit was great from beginning to end, and the staff's care and professionalism made it memorable. The premium package felt worth every penny, and I'll definitely return. The receptionist, a woman in a black blazer with golden hair, explained the options carefully and professionally. She let us choose between a pedicure or ear cleaning, and hot stone or ear candling to go with the herbal scalp treatment. The male masseur who'd transferred from another outlet, as a lady in white told me, was a highlight. I think she was the manager. He was attentive throughout my foot massage, checking the pressure and noticing when I felt cold. The buffet was varied and kept warm, and staff were quick to help. The man who made my iced tea took real care frothing it. Both the hot and iced teas had a robust, satisfying flavor. I chose ear cleaning instead of a pedicure. I found it ticklish, while my three companions found it relaxing. The herbal scalp treatment with hot stones was a great combination. The stones were warm, and the steam at the end left my hair feeling rejuvenated.
