Lace Boutique Hotel

The room had cockroaches everywhere and a smelly bathroom. The TV didn't work, and although I asked for a repair, nobody came before checkout. The microwave was unusable too. I asked for an extra towel but was told there might not be enough, so I never got one. Check-in took too long; I don't know what the staff were entering before handing over a key, and they gave me the wrong one, so I had to go up and down. I also kept hearing staff complain about their duties and management. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was a waste of money.

The staff were nice, and the hotel has swimming pools without being too crowded. I hope management will reconsider the booking refund policy, or let customers change rooms without being charged double. I only paid the additional amount.

The receptionist was astonishingly rude, and that set the tone for an unpleasant stay. She seemed arrogant and like she didn't want to be there, rolling her eyes when a guest came to the desk. I even saw her hit another staff member on the back, and it didn't look like joking around. I was shocked to learn the rude girl was the owner's daughter. The hotel itself felt rundown, unhygienic and below par. The rooms were old and dirty, and the location felt random. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it. Don't treat people like trash.
