The location is hard to beat, but there’s noise coming from everywhere. We were on the 16th floor and could hear heavy bass from some club well into the early morning, along with motorbikes on the road and random fireworks from the nearby big open carpark late at night. We weren’t there for a special holiday, so I’m not sure why there were fireworks. There’s so little soundproofing that saying there’s none would almost be more accurate. If you don’t need much sleep, it might suit you. Otherwise, I’d pick somewhere in a proper residential area.
