The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Mine was a bit worn, though: the wallpaper and table laminate were peeling, and the toilet spray hose leaked. It seemed like no one had checked that the room equipment was working before renting it out.

The quad room felt cramped for four people, with two queen beds taking up almost all the space. There was barely room to move around, just space for the beds and a small dresser. It was also stuffy and humid, with no window, poor ventilation, dim lighting, and an unpleasant smell. Cleanliness needs a lot of work too. The kettle was dirty, the glass had a large crack, and there were spots on the sheets that I couldn't identify.

The floor was sticky and not clean enough. My feet turned black. Our room was at the back near the pasirgudang highway, and the noise insulation was poor. Traffic could be heard all night.

The facilities need better upkeep. The air conditioning and water pipe leaked, and things like the water heater were broken. The room was in bad shape and sound carried through the walls. Please maintain and upgrade the hotel.

There were mosquitoes in my room, and they didn't clean it when I asked. At least the mineral water was unlimited.
