Twin Galaxy Residences 1+1 Homestay @ Johor Bahru

The management has made this a nightmare. Paint has been peeling from my ceiling for a year because of a roof leak. I reported it in June last year, then got caught in a cycle of delays and excuses. I lost count of how often I rearranged my schedule to let them in, only to hear the roof still hadn’t been fixed. Waiting a year for a standard repair is far too long. Truly poor service.

Parcels have gone missing twice from the unsecured collection area, even when picked up on the day they were delivered. There’s no CCTV there now. When I asked management about it, they said the parcel area wasn’t under their management, despite knowing parcels were being stolen, and took no steps to prevent it. There used to be a camera, but management removed it. They said many people had asked to check footage after parcels went missing. Such irresponsible management. Avoid staying here if you can.

The shuttle van service impressed me most. It runs efficiently, with plenty of time slots throughout the day, so getting around was easy and hassle-free. I had a wonderful stay at Twin Galaxy Residences. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a short or long visit, and the location made it easy to reach food, shops, and the city centre. Highly recommended!

We used to rent here, and management was a disappointment. As anyone who has stayed here knows, parcels often go missing, but “camera rosak” is always their excuse for not helping. If you shop online, especially if you work in Singapore, think twice before renting somewhere you can’t reliably receive your deliveries.
