The stay was generally acceptable, and the staff were polite, but check-in felt inflexible. I understand early check-in depends on hotel policy, yet it looked like rooms were already available when I arrived and there wasn't much effort to accommodate early guests. A more guest-focused approach when rooms are ready would improve the service.

It's a new hotel right in JB city, and getting around is easy. The BSI complex is especially close, about a five-minute walk. I liked it and would stay again on a future trip to Johor.
