The key pickup is at a different location, and Grab isn't allowed to enter, which made things troublesome. I was told about collecting the key very late, and the contact number couldn't help with much. I was told to check with D'Summit security. The place itself was in poor shape, with mould and stains on the walls and sofa. I wouldn't recommend staying here with young children, elderly people, or anyone with a compromised immune system.

My brother was hit on the head when the broken shower head fell off, and customer service was irresponsible when we reported it. The host didn't answer messages, even when the matter was urgent. The phone number for the property listed on Agoda was out of service. The mattress and bed were damaged, the lock was broken, and there was a large hole in the door. The walls had bad water stains and mould, and everything was rusty. We also got very rude service from OYO EG Hotel when collecting the key. JB's worst homestay. Keep away and don't book with D'Summit Homestay @ YML. If you ignore all that, have a nice stay.

The room was really clean and super comfy.

Stayed the night for a quick getaway and to miss the jam at the causeway.
