Vitro Hotel

This was my second work stay here, mainly because it’s close to my workplace and my company had already booked it. I’m very disappointed and won’t stay again. The TV still didn’t work, just like on my first visit, and when I asked, the employee said she didn’t know. When I arrived, the door was open but nobody was at the counter. I waited there for a long time, ringing the bell and calling out, with no one helping me. Then two women from the shop next door called the receptionist, who was sitting in a car outside with her husband or boyfriend. She came in looking angry, didn’t apologize, didn’t ask if I needed to check in, and just stayed silent with an arrogant expression. I would have been fine with an apology, but she was rude and unprofessional. Does she want to work or sleep? Is her workplace the hotel or her husband or boyfriend’s car? I know this is a budget hotel, but shouldn’t there be rules or guidance for staff? People pay to stay here, they aren’t asking for something free. If I were rating it from 0 to 10, I’d give it -10. As an employer, I think you should understand.

The food was good, and the staff were really nice.
