The deposit arrangement and limited reception hours made this stay frustrating. Check-out only runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and leaving earlier isn’t possible. Even after 8:00 AM, you might wait because staff sometimes don’t open until 8:30 or 9:00. If you leave by sliding the key card under the door, you can’t get your deposit back. I was charged RM65 and received only RM50 back, though the stated deposit is RM50. Reception is inside a clinic, which felt very strange to me, and it isn’t open around the clock. I took the picture a few days after my stay. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this place if you have an early flight. The staff attitude was disappointing and unprofessional, even for a 2-star hotel.

There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls within walking distance. The family room is decent for a night or two.

The bathroom heater didn’t work, and the room had a cockroach. The shower head was broken too, as was the bathroom door lock. When I raised the problems, the staff member replied, “What do you expect from a budget hotel.” I wasn’t happy with the room or the response. Bad experience. I won’t book an OYO hotel again.

Room 103, good luck if you pick it. The water basin was blocked, the rooms leaked, and the TV had no signal. The first-floor rooms are especially terrible. Lots of customers rent them to smoke and have parties. Don’t stay here.

We arrived at night to find the clinic already closed, even though the note on the hotel’s main door said to collect the key from the 24-hour clinic next door. There’s no reception, and it turns out the clinic isn’t open 24 hours. The contact number listed wasn’t available either, and there was no way to change the booking date, so the booking payment was gone. The cheap price seems meant to attract and trap customers. Think twice before booking.
