There was a strong curry smell in the hallway, and our bathroom had a leak. Around midnight, smoke smell started and lasted all night, so I barely slept. It was noisy too, with people walking past and talking at 3 a.m. The room was small, as reception had said. They offered an upgrade to a room with a window, but I didn’t find much difference. I’d booked two nights for RM178, then ended up cancelling one. The stay wasn’t very comfortable.

We stayed just a few hours and found the room smelled bad, with dirty walls and mold. The toilet was okay, but the pipe lid was broken and hard to open or close, and the sink tap ran in every direction. Things clearly weren’t maintained. Not recommended at all, and definitely not worth the price.

I arrived at 5 a.m. and found the guest reception very bad, international and racist. They also weren’t transparent with guests about when the security deposit would be returned.

So dirty and disappointing, even though we stayed only a few hours. I don’t understand how it got this rating. Nothing seems changed. It’s very old, with hair all over, and the toilet was filthy. The reception was dirty too. Please improve it and replace things. No more comments. Thanks, hope it gets better.
