Palm Seremban Hotel

We chose Palm Seremban because it was convenient for my husband's business meeting, which he finished the same day, and also planned to visit relatives during our seven-night stay in late September 2025. The room was filthy, with dust over all the furniture, so I had to wipe the shelves before putting our things away. The toilet seat shifted around, the hairdryer button was held together with a band, and the towels were grey and worn instead of white and fluffy. There was black fluff stuck to the sheets that I had to pick off. The floor was so dirty my feet turned black, and dust covered our suitcases after they sat on the floor. It seemed like staff never cleaned or dusted. I wrote this review about two weeks ago, and it's the only hotel in Malaysia we've stayed at that hasn't responded.

The receptionist, a female staff member, was especially rude in the way she spoke to and treated customers. As someone representing the hotel, that kind of behavior isn't acceptable. I had a bad experience with the staff.

The rooms are very old, but the location is really good. Even in this traditional, old hotel, they still make sure guests get quality service.

A poor orange and white cat was dead on the spiral stairway up to the hotel. As a cat owner, I kept passing it and felt heartbroken. Please bury the poor baby.
