One Heritage Hotel

Free purified water is available on the ground and second floors, along with a shared fridge. My room had no window, but there wasn't any unpleasant smell. The room itself was clean and comfortable for the price, though one friend found a cockroach in theirs. The heater worked fine and water pressure was good. There's no remote for the air conditioning, so you need to climb on a chair to adjust the unit. The hotel has no elevator, and the stairs are quite steep.

The hotel was clean and smelled fresh, the staff were very nice, and parking was easy. But if you're bringing an elderly person who uses a wheelchair and has knee problems, I wouldn't recommend it, since there's no elevator.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to lots of eateries and a 99 supermarket, and GRAB makes it easy to get around. Just watch out, the maps aren't always accurate, so arranging a pickup can be an issue. Bottled water and some free snacks are available. We had the biggest room, with a bathtub, but the tap stand was so wobbly it could snap off if handled roughly. The place was noisy. We could hear the outdoor compressors for other units and the next-door shower. There's no toilet or shower door, only a draw curtain, so steam and smells stay in the room. A strong air freshener seems to run all the time to cover any bad odour. It can be overpowering, and there's no openable window, just a big round pane for light. The bed is positioned so the air conditioner blows straight onto you. The quilt doesn't quite cover you, and you can get cold. We left the AC off at night for that reason, and because the room was cool enough. We stayed four nights, and what we paid felt quite expensive compared with what we could have got at KL Sentral.

I found the rooms clean and the staff friendly and helpful during my short stay at One Heritage Hotel. Its location is convenient for local eateries and nearby spots like Palm Mall and the Seremban Cultural Complex. The room was a bit small, and the amenities were basic. There was no mini fridge, gym or on-site parking. It's a decent clean, budget-friendly option, though the facilities and room comfort could be better.
