The hotel’s right in the city centre, with plenty of parking for people who drive. Reception is open 24 hours, which is important for accommodation, and I felt it was safe overall. My room had no windows, but it was comfortable and nice. The toilet was clean, and there’s a water dispenser and an iron board to use. The cleaner and staff were nice, patient, and helpful.

April 2025. A comfortable, nice stay. The queen room was RM 100+ per night. Next time, I’d request 201, 206, 208, or 215 for a standard queen room.

Our family room was spacious and clean, and the layout worked well for a family, with a standalone sink and separate toilet and bathroom. Three people could get ready at once. The sink was leaking, but they fixed it promptly. There’s parking in the compound, and being next to a major shopping mall is a plus.

This was our second stay. The rooms and location are good value for money. Just a heads-up, there aren’t any elevators.

It’s cold at night, and the toilet was quite clean. The price is really good and affordable for a night’s stay. The hotel is right next to meritz/bintang mall, but you’ll need to grab a ride if you want to go anywhere else. Walking is an option. I’d recommend it for an affordable stay.
