For the price, this hotel is a great deal if you’re an introvert who just wants a place to stay with basic needs and facilities. I liked how little interaction there was, from booking through checkout. The self check in and check out kiosk is easy to use. If you check out late, it just deducts the fee from the RM50 deposit, so there’s no waiting for staff and you can get on with your day. There’s an iron section on level 2, a water dispenser, and a pantry where you can reheat food. The lobby has comfortable chairs and a table, so you can eat or do a bit of work there. The room, toilet and sheets were clean. Recommended!

10/10
We found a room available even though we booked at the last minute, which was a big relief. Parking is plentiful, and the hotel’s right in the middle of town with eateries all around, so it’s easy to find a meal. Check-in by kiosk was smooth and convenient, and the staff were polite, friendly and willing to help. The room is basic and simple, but comfortable enough for a short visit and worth the price. A handy, affordable choice for work or travel. I had a pleasant stay.

The room was a comfortable size, not too small, and cozy enough to relax in. The hotel has a pleasant, comfortable environment, and the water heater worked perfectly, making for a nice shower.

The self check-in was convenient, but I wasn’t sure the bed sheets were clean. The shower head faucet was faulty and too tight to turn, so I had to shower using the toilet faucet.

The staff were kind, helpful and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home. The hotel was super clean and comfortable, with spacious, neat rooms, a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. Definitely a great option if you want comfort and good service!
