For a short stay, this is a great value, with very competitive rates. Everything went well for us: the room was clean and comfortable, and the hot and cold water pressure was excellent. The Chinese receptionist was particularly attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended for short-term travellers.

I stayed at Iris Hotel Kajang with friends from July 25, 2025 to July 27, 2025, in room 103. The hygiene was unacceptable: there were visible blood stains on the bed sheet, the floor was dusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned, and I saw a cockroach crawling across it. I told the staff, but they offered neither a proper solution nor an apology. This is a serious hygiene problem and a possible health hazard. I'm posting this to warn future guests, and hope Google and the relevant health authorities take action. I attached photos as proof. Definitely not recommended.

Check-in was easy, and parking was simple too. There's a hot and cold water dispenser, plus mamak and an ATM nearby. The room was already cool when I walked in, which I loved.

There are easy food options nearby: Sarapan is at the restaurant on your right, the mamak is behind the hotel, and 7e is just around the corner if you want onigiri. The location is great, and the night receptionist treated us well and was really helpful, even though it was midnight. The room was comfortable for a standard street hotel. A good place to stay.

The room was okay, but the bathroom was cramped and the towel was tiny. The hotel staff were very rude and didn't give reservation customers detailed service.
