OYO 981 Ant Cave Hotel

After booking through the OYO app, we called the hotel to check that a room was available because it was quite far away. We traveled for about two hours. When we arrived with our luggage and showed the app to the two staff members, the man, who wore glasses and was skinny, immediately said there was no room without checking the system. The woman seemed too scared to tell us what was going on, and looked like she was hiding something. He said there'd been an error, which seemed impossible after we'd called to confirm. We ended up leaving and spending the evening trying to find another hotel. I found the whole thing scammy, and the man's attitude was extremely rude. If you book through Expedia, OYO, or Traveloka, think twice before making the trip. They might send you away after you've traveled from another state, or even another country.
