Silk Sky Residence

The visitor parking limit is three hours, and my brother’s car was clamped at 11:20 pm even though he went down at 11 pm. Security didn’t call or come upstairs to get him. Why ask for the unit number and phone number, then? The security staff are very rude, and management is very bad. The swimming rules are bad too. They insist on a proper bikini. I wore a shirt from sunway lagoon that’s meant for the pool, but they still wouldn’t allow it. I hope management does something better.

The house gets a nice breeze and faces the sunset, so it’s a relaxing view. There’s a restaurant inside the building by the pool, and the pool and playground are lovely, with clean, well-maintained water. To enter the residence, you need a card, which is good for safety, though there’s no guard at the building entrance and parking feels risky. The surrounding area isn’t very nice, and the parking area doesn’t feel safe. There are no international residents, and very few crimes are reported.

The lift system is really bad.

There’s no clear lobby or signage to tell visitors where to park or go, so on my first visit I wondered if I had the wrong condominium. The so-called lobby doesn’t allow people to wait for pickups near the lift. The guard tells you to wait by the roadside like a taxi, with no roof over the waiting area. It’d get wet in the rain. The ramp to the residents’ entrance is very steep, and once you take it, it’s a one-way route in and out. If you reach the access barriers by mistake, turning around is difficult. I’ve never seen this kind of residential building layout before. It’s inconvenient for both visitors and residents. I don’t see the property’s potential, and I feel sorry for the residents and investors.
