I stopped by while doing deliveries on 07.03.26. It was easy to find, and the security staff were polite and friendly. 👍🏽

The surroundings are clean, and security is great at the moment. The amenities are good enough too, with a gym, Surau, pool, and hall. Parking is the real hassle. Even renting a space seems impossible because of the long waiting list. You can park overnight, but you need to arrive by 6pm to ask, and be ready to pay RM5-7 in cash.

There are food stalls along the roadside before you enter, and the condo has a mamak stall and convenience shop beside the pool. The Mee Mamak Goreng there tastes good. Sunway Velocity is nearby, and public transport is easy to reach. There are power cables all around the area.

There's a modern design and a recreational park right across from the condo. The management seems a bit inexperienced, though, since the security door keeps breaking or being out of order.
