Water leaked onto my bed and made for an uncomfortable night, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The toilet hygiene needs attention, and the receptionists were unfriendly. Please take note and make improvements, OYO management. Remember to buy parking coupons to avoid getting a summons. Parking must be paid for Monday through Saturday.

The room was clean and okay, with plenty of space. They should improve the hot water setup and provide a cup for it, so guests don't have to find their own cup just to get hot water.

The room was nice for a budget hotel and cheap enough, though a little dusty. The AC, bathroom, and heater all worked fine. There's a TV with an Android box that works, but getting it started can be a bit troublesome. Recommended if you're around here.

The room and bedsheets were so dirty and smelly, with lizard droppings all over the room and bathroom. I was really disappointed. The receptionist said the housekeeping Aunty was unwell, which was why the room hadn't been cleaned. That felt like a very irresponsible answer. They didn't provide bath soap, just a watered-down mixture with very little soap in it. I felt too uncomfortable to sleep, and skipped a morning shower because the bathroom was unclean. I won't use OYO again. The service was very bad.

Read this at your own risk! Room 126 had a broken door and a water pipe that didn't work. In Room 129 there was a cockroach and water dripping from a damaged ceiling. Room 128 left me in a bad mood, with no peace at all. The toilets in all the rooms were still sticky. Is this an abandoned hotel?! The receptionist was very rude when dealing with customer feedback and complaints.
