Kampar Times Inn Hotel

For RM80, it's fair enough. The room is small and the air-con was dusty. During CNY, there wasn't much choice.

No way to adjust the AC, and there aren't any windows. RM 200 for a double bed is way too much for a budget hotel. I wouldn't book it again.

The hotel turned out to be in excellent shape for what I paid. My room was kept up well, the bathroom was spotless, and the hotel had all the facilities I needed. It felt like a standard 4-star hotel. The place is quite far from the city centre, though there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There are lots of well-lit parking spaces in front, alongside the main road to Ipoh-Simpang Pulai, which is a real plus. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The receptionists were polite, friendly, and professional, and room service came every morning. I had a good stay and don't regret choosing this hotel. I might book again when I go to Ipoh.

I'm a cyclist passing through Kampar and came across this hotel. Ah Poh at reception was really friendly and kind, and let me bring my bike into the room. The room was clean and the toilet didn't smell. They welcome bicycles, and you can also leave yours in their office.
