When I arrived to check in at this homestay on 19/08/2023, they said bookings had canceled my order because it automatically cancels unpaid bookings. They still had rooms, but said I'd have to pay extra. I paid RM300 in total, including a RM50 deposit, and had to switch from the two rooms I'd originally booked to just one. The room looked nothing like the photos online. It had two double beds and one single bed, but they only gave us two quilts. The other items were Hello Kitty towels. The room was very dirty, and the air conditioner compressor was really noisy.

It was cheap, but the quality felt just as cheap, and the place was dirty and lousy. There wasn't even a hanger in the bathroom, and finding space for toiletries was difficult. Flies were in the room. The main door was still banging around at 12:11 am, and people were smoking outside with the smell drifting in. I wouldn't recommend this service to friends. Don't stay at this homestay. It was damn awful!

Unless getting the lowest price is all that matters to you, stay away. The hotel and rooms were filthy and poorly maintained. The photos may look appealing, but picture them 15 years later with little cleaning or upkeep: peeling wallpaper, cobwebs, dirt, and stains on the walls. The air-conditioning was good, I'll admit. If that and a cheap price are enough for you, check in. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Parking was no problem, and the room was big. At night, though, the main road was so close that the traffic was noisy, and the AC compressor made noise too. There were no TV channels, just YouTube, and no mineral water. It's passable for such a low price, but don't expect much.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I had a great stay and will come back.
